Sustainable solutions.

Your clients are becoming more aware of the benefits of sustainable design. Unlike conventional insulation, Future Foam’s use of Icynene products offers you the environmental, economic and aesthetic solutions that let you design sustainable structures without compromise. Our insulation solutions also address today's most critical building issues such indoor air quality, moisture management, energy consumption and noise pollution. Plus, our use of Icynene® helps your project achieve additional points towards LEED certification.

Future Foam helps you create sustainable designs in the following ways:

Indoor and outdoor environment – By minimizing airflow, our insulation locks out outdoor allergens, odours and pollutants for improved indoor air quality.

HFC-free - Often used as a blowing agent in other foam insulation, HFCs are considered to be high Global Warming Potential (GWP) gases that contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and ozone depletion. Future Foam’s insulation solutions are HFC-free.

Moisture Management – Our insulation is a qualified air barrier that reduces the movement of airborne moisture through the building envelope. This benefit negates potential problems such as condensation and resulting mould growth. Reducing excess moisture also helps to extend the life of the building materials and the systems within it.

Energy Efficiency – By minimizing air leakage and conductive heat flow, our insulation solutions can contribute up to 50% in monthly energy savings.

Whole Building Design Strategy – Our insulation adheres to and integrates well with other building components. In attic and crawlspace applications, it creates a conditioned area for ductwork and air handlers, allowing the HVAC equipment to operate more efficiently.
